Our staff is fully bi-lingual and representative of Mexico, South & Central American, and Caribbean Latin cultures. The Latin Facts Research team understand the diversities among the Hispanic communities and truly know the culture and people from the various regions of Latin America. Silvia joined Latin Facts Research in 2003, bringing with her over 10 years of qualitative and quantitative marketing research experience. Under her leadership, Latin Facts Research successfully conducts hundreds of Hispanic projects each year.Sylvia’s ongoing training and motivation of her staff on new and innovative interviewing techniques demonstrate her pursuit of excellence. She has successfully conducted research projects for Gamesa USA, Miller Beer, Carl’s Jr., Taco Bell, and Tecate, as well as for Fortune 500 companies, such as Proctor & Gamble and General Motors. Contact Silvia Born and raised in Cuba, Mayle came to LFR in 2003 as a data collection specialist. In 2005, Mayle advanced her position to supervisor. She is responsible for monitoring productivity, quality control, and manages quotas. She is also responsible for employee training. Mayle is fluent in English and Spanish. She translates marketing materials such as screeners, questionnaires, interviewing instructions, and concepts. Before entering into market research, Mayle was a dental assistant in a dental office. She received a certificate from the Bryman school and graduated from Santa Maria College, Cuba. Danyel began his market research career in 1989 with Marylander market research as an editor and coder. He came to LFR in 2007 as a project supervisor. Danyel is responsible for overseeing mall staff and manages outside fieldwork. He facilitates CLT’s, conducts IDI interviews, and accompanies clients on ethnographic studies to record sessions. Danyel translates screeners & questionnaires in both Spanish and English. Danyel was born in Lima, Peru. His hobbies are: Photography, video editing and composing, audio recording and composing music tracks.
